Akolade Adegoke

Akolade Adegoke is the Founder and Managing Partner at Ako Capital, an alternative investment firm within the Ako Holdings Group focused on real estate and private equity. He leads the firm’s roll-up strategies across real estate, building services, industrial manufacturing, and infrastructure — driving long term value creation through disciplined acquisition and operational excellence.

Before founding Ako Capital, Akolade was instrumental in building and scaling several high-growth startups, including Jumia, Africa’s largest e-commerce platform. He later advised Fortune 500 clients at Google and Deloitte, where he led multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives and partnered with C-suite executives across North America.

Akolade holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University in Canada. He is an active member of several real estate investment and global M&A networks, and a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, private markets, and economic inclusion.
